The engagement is genuine, but identifying details are withheld for commercial confidentiality. No client quotation or performance metric is attributed to this work.
Business context
The company operated in a trust-heavy technical market. Its expertise was substantial, but the website asked prospects to interpret too much specialist language before they could understand the commercial value.
The problem
The offer needed to work for more than one audience: technical evaluators, operational stakeholders and commercial decision-makers. The existing journey did not give each group a clear route through services, proof and next steps.
Our role
- Clarified the website proposition around buyer problems and decision criteria.
- Restructured service and capability information into a more usable hierarchy.
- Designed responsive page patterns for technical detail, proof and enquiry routes.
- Aligned UX, content and search structure so each page had a defined commercial job.
What changed
The resulting experience gave buyers a clearer way to understand the offer and judge fit. Technical depth remained available, but it no longer obscured the main proposition or the route to a conversation.
For complex B2B services, stronger design is often an exercise in sequencing: establish relevance, provide proof, then reveal technical depth at the point the buyer needs it.
